During the two years I lived in Tyler Texas, I spent many, many hours at the Tyler Municipal Rose Garden. I discovered several favorites, one being the Long Tall Sally - a strongly fragrant, tall shrub rose with pale pink and white flowers... except the roses I saw in the garden had a few intense salmon and coral flowers as well. This painting was completed fast and loose in a workshop and has been a favorite since then.
