Choose Joy

November 1, 2:00-3:00pm, Spirit of Sophia (www.spiritofsophia.org) is having a virtual fundraiser wherein they've selected 5 artists and 5 spoken word poets to put on a virtual event "Spirit of Jazz". My painting titled "Choose Joy", a portrait of my friend and cancer survivor, Karen McGinnis, is the painting I selected for the show. Kri Magesty, Louisville poet will be reciting a piece based on the inspiration of this painting.
